Text-Team Ltd is a technical writing company, specializing in the preparation of technical publications and production files for the military and defense industries as well as for the Hi-Tech community. A privately-owned company, we are one of the most well-established in the field.

Text-Team Ltd's approach to technical writing is unique. We utilize as much of the customer's technical documentation as possible, including technical data and documents produced during development, planning and production phases of the hardware and software. Debriefing time with the customer's personnel is minimized to circumstances when source material is not readily available.

Text-Team Ltd employs highly qualified and experienced engineers, pilots, technical writers, editors, draftsmen and word processor operators - with backgrounds in flight operations, avionics, mechanical engineering, electronics, electro-optics and the applied sciences. Since our inception, we have produced thousands pages of technical manuals.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our Quality Assurance system is incorporated into each of the production steps. It is designed to guarantee the excellence, integrity and contract compliance of every manual. The company is certified by the Standards Institution of Israel with the Quality Management Standard: SI ISO 9001 and IQ Net.

MANAGEMENT

Text-Team Ltd is managed by the owners - Mr. H.I. Satat and Mr. H. Stotski. Each of them undertakes upon himself to manage programs related to his own background.


  Haim I. Satat

First and foremost a pilot, Mr. Satat (Maj. Res.) served with the Israeli Air Force for 13 years. After receiving his wings in 1968, he flew a variety of aircraft, eventually becoming a helicopter captain who participated in many wars and operations.

From 1980 to 1997, Mr. Satat managed the writing of a variety of manuals for the Teledyne-Ryan (USA), IAI, TCM (USA), and the IAF.


  Hanan Stotski

Mr. Stotski has served with the Israeli Air Force for 4 years as an Electronics Technician where he has specialized in airborne radar maintenance. After ending his service in 1971, he studied in the University of Tel Aviv and graduated as an Electronic Engineer.

After his graduation Mr. Stotski joined a large Technical Writing company in 1975, where his background provided key expertise to the company.

In 1997 Mr. Stotski has formed Text-Team Ltd together with Mr. Satat. Since then they managed several programs for the IAI, Elbit, Elta, Elco, IMI and more.
